SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after cleared payment has been received. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process on our shop.

The delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are available in shipping options given to you during checkout. Please notice that the current Covid-19 situation causes delays on shipping to many countries. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union customs and taxes may be incurred in the importing country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs. For more detailed information on the customs and import regulations of your country, please contact the local Chambers of Commerce and Industry or customs offices.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order if the item has not been shipped to you. To do this, please contact us either through the contact form on our website or through email to info@onlineopals.com. We will then cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Returns
You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must contact us either through the contact form on our website or through email to info@onlineopals.com to initiate the return process and receive return instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (excluding the original shipping cost) to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
